TOWN OF PEQUAYWAN
ST. LOUIS COUNTY
WHEREAS, during the Annual Township Meeting held on March 12, 2019, at 8764 Pequaywan Lake Road, Duluth, Minnesota, the amount of $35,000.00 for 2020 town levy was motioned and seconded, motion carried;
WHEREAS, Pequaywan Fire Department requested the amount of $15,000.00 (an increase of$1,500.00 from previous years) for year 2020 which was motioned and seconded, motion carried;
WHEREAS, during the Town Board Meeting held on March 12, 2019, at 8764 Pequaywan Lake Road, Duluth, Minnesota, the amount of $35,000.00 for 2020 town levy was motioned and seconded, motion carried, with $15,000 going to Pequaywan Fire Department;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of Pequaywan, St, Louis County, Minnesota, hereby adopt a resolution for a town levy of $35,000.00 for year 2020 with $15,000.00 going to Pequaywan Fire Department
