AFFIDAVIT OF CANDIDACY FILING

On the March 10, 2026 Town Election, the Town of Pequaywan will be voting for two supervisor positions:

(1) one position is for a three-year term currently held by Douglas Nelson; and (2) one position is for a two-year term for Don Swanstrom's remaining term who is resigning effective March 11, 2026.

All qualified voter in the Town of Pequaywan are eligible to run for town offices. If you wish to file for one of the supervisor open positions, filing must be done from December 30, 2025 to January 13, 2026 by completely filling out an Affidavit of Candidacy Form along with a two dollar ($2.00) filing fee and submitting to Town Clerk Lita Wallace.
