TOWN OF PEQUAYWAN

WHEREAS, a resolution of the Township of Pequaywan to restrict motorized vehicles from use of township walking trails and all of township land.
WHEREAS, the Pequaywan of Township recognizes the efforts of citizens to create walking tails on township land.
BE IT RESOLVED, the trails are restricted to walking or non-motorized wheeled conveyances. Motorized vehicles are not permitted on trails or on all township land other than for maintenance, construction or emergency purposes. This restriction excludes vehicles that are used in designated parking areas.
