Public Notice is hereby given that Pequaywan Township will hold a Special Meeting on October14, 2025 at 8:30 PM at the Pequaywan Fire Department, 8764 Pequaywan Lake Road, Duluth, MN 55803. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the petition to establish a Subordinate Service District for all landowners using the Township portion of the West Branch Road to access their property. This includes all owners starting with Fire #8895 thru Fire #9434. The Subordinate Service District will be established to help finance the replacement of the current blacktop road by adding to the Township Road Bridge Fund until all new pavement and repairs have been installed.
