  (Note: This section can be used to allow the residents to voice their opinions on any matter, but such input is only advisory to the board. Common issues may include culvert policies, preferred newspaper for publication, desired posting locations, etc.
• Annual Town Meeting: the state of Minnesota set the Annual Town Meeting on the second Tuesday of March following the Town Election. The Annual Town Meeting will be held at Pequaywan Fire Hall.

• Motion to set monthly Town Board Meeting date/time and location (Second Tuesday of each month, 7:00 p.m. with the exception of March Town Board Meeting to be scheduled after the Annual Town Meeting. Location is Pequaywan Fire Hall)

The Public Comment section is a courtesy extended to persons wishing to address the Board. If you wish to comment during the Township Meeting, follow the protocol below. One public comment per citizen which is limited to two minutes. Submit request by the first Saturday of the month to peqclerk@gmail.com with your full name and comment information. The board can either address the issue, assign someone to address the issue, or do nothing.

Clerk or deputy clerk presents Canvass Reports and abstracts to Board

Board reviews and concurs, or deals with any errors or write-in issues through the required statutes

Board moves to declare the results of the vote and signs off on the Summary and any other abstracts

Clerk is authorized to issue notification to candidates and request their signed campaign financial forms within the time period
