    New Business

    • Louis County Maintenance Striping, Crack Sealing and Chip/Scrub Sealing Programs giving the opportunity for townships and cities within St. Louis County to participate in the St. Louis County contracts for these projects. Deadline to submit request of participation is June 2, 2025.
    • Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs Requalification eligibility automatically renews and extend continued participation in the St. Louis County program for the period covering 2026-2028 unless agreement is terminated.
    • Variance application of a resident with St. Louis County Board of Adjustment for the meeting scheduled on April 10, 2025.

    Call to Order meeting as Board of Canvass;
    a. Clerk to issue oath to Board of Canvass Members.
    “I, _____________ do solemnly swear or affirm that I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Minnesota, and that I will discharge faithfully the duties of the office of _________________in the County of _________________, the State of Minnesota, to the best of my judgment and ability.”

    Clerk presents Canvass Reports and abstracts to board;

    Board reviews and concurs or deals with any errors or write-in issues through the required statutes;

    Board moves to declare the results of the vote and signs off on the Summary and any other abstracts;

    The clerk is authorized to issue a notification to candidates and request their signed campaign financial forms within the time period;

    The board adjourns as the Board of Canvass.
