RESOLUTION # 202I-006: 2022 LEVY
TOWN OF PEQUAYWAI\
ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, during the Annual Town Meeting held on March 19, 2021, at 8764 Pequaywan Lake Road, Duluth, Minnesota, the amount of $55,100.00 for 2022 Town levy was motioned and seconded, motion carried;
WHEREAS, the pequaywan Fire Department requested the amount of $16,500.00 for year 2022 which was motioned and seconded at the Annual Town Meeting, motion carried;
WHEREAS, during the Town Board Meeting held on March t9,2021. at 8764 Pequaywan Lake Road, Duluth, Minnesota, the amount of $55,1OO.00 for 2022 Town levy was motioned and seconded, motion carried; Distribution are as follows: General Fund – $18,000.00; Road and Bridges (On-Going Maintenance) – $3,600.00; Building and Property Maintenance – $2,000.00); Fire and EMS – $16,500.00; and Road and Bridges Capital Reserve – $15,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of Pequaywan, St, Louis County \, Minnesota, hereby adopt a resolution for a Town Levy of $55,100.00 for year 2022 with $16,500.00 going to Pequaywan Fire Depaftment.
