Meeting was called to order at 10:40 p.m. by Chair Douglas Nelson.
Clerk issued Oath of Office to the Board of Canvass members and Board of Canvass Members took the Oath of Office.
Clerk presented the Canvass Reports and abstracts to the Board with 57 voters that voted. Results of the township election: James, Wilson 34 votes; write-in Donald Swanstrom, 22 votes; write-in Dorothy Galinski, 1 vote. Wilson was elected as the new supervisor to replace Charles Kuettel.
Board reviewed and concured, or dealt with any errors or write-in issues through the required statutes. There was none,.Board moves to declare the results of the vote and signs off on the Summary and any other abstracts.
Clerk was authorized to issue notification to candidate/s and request their signed campaign financial forms within the time period.
Douglas Dreesen motioned to approve all items presented, seconded by Wilson, motion carried. Dressen yay, Wilson yay, Nelson yay.
Board adjourns as the Board of Canvass at 11:00 p.m.
