Meeting was called to order by Charles Kuettel at 7:04 pm.

Attendance
Officers: Supervisor Charles Kuettel, Supervisor Donald Swanstrom, Supervisor Doug Dressen, Treasurer Carol Nelson, Deputy Treasurer Ed Potter, Clerk Amber Cruz, and Deputy Clerk Diana Potter
Guests: Steve Mueller and Daryll Waldriff

Clerk’s Report
October 11, 2022 Board Meeting minutes were approved with the following correction. Under old business, it has been changed to the township is working to address the problem/concern a West Branch property owner has expressed. A motion to accept the minutes with the correction was provided by Dressen. The motion was seconded by Swanstrom. The motion carried 3-0-0

A motion to accept the report was provided by Swanstrom. The motion was seconded by Dressen. The motion carried 3-0-0

Old Business

  • Update on West Branch Rd: The county said everything looks ok on the repair done by Swanstrom and Kuettel. Clerk is to call the county about the snowplow application since the repairs were approved.
  • Upcoming November 8, 2022 elections: The Public Accuracy test on the automark machine went smoothly. Everything in ready for the election.

New Business

  • Website corrections: Clerk is to contact Daisy for assistance on months not matching on the website
  • Upcoming March township elections: The office filing calendar needs to be consulted to set advertising and filing dates deadlines
